HOMES FOR SALE IN CHARLOTTE North Carolina & Real Estate Agents in Charlotte

Are you looking for homes for sale in Charlotte North Carolina? Do you feel like you're in the dark...having difficulty finding the right real estate agent in Charlotte? Charlotte real estate is booming, so this is a great time to buy a home.

How many ads do you have to click on Google or Bing before you land on a website that will be truly useful in your search for a home in Charlotte NC?  When you type "homes for sale in Charlotte, NC" on Google, you’ll notice that as soon as you type the word “Charlotte”, zip codes show up on Google. This is because Charlotte has 73 zip codes.

If you are not from the area, it will be very hard for you to find the perfect home unless you speak with a Realtor who specializes in Charlotte real estate, one who can find the areas that will match all your criteria.

It’s not surprising that the big real estate portals such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.comHomes.com, etc. will show up first on the search organically, followed by tons of Google ads paid by real estate companies and real estate agents in Charlotte.

So, for example, you click on Zillow to get more information on a house, then Zillow requires you to fill out a registration form with your name, phone number and email address. The problem with this is that you don’t know who you will be talking to when someone reaches back out to you.

It’s the same when you click on an ad by real estate companies and real estate agents. Some will respond with bots to ask you basic questions. They are not human so your interaction with these bots is meaningless because they have no perception of what you need.

Sometimes after clicking so many websites, you will get a broken link that the website is no longer working.

My point here is you need an agent that you know, like and trust because you will be entrusting that person with guiding you on the biggest investment of your life. You need to see the Realtor in person or even on video to get to know them first to determine if this is the right agent you want to work with.

My husband, Albert Alvarez, and I work as a team to help our clients find the home that they are seeking in Charlotte, Lake Norman and the surrounding areas. We work with first time home buyers, move-up buyers, people relocating from different States as well as local home buyers. So, actually, when you work with us, you get 2 Realtors working for you.

We would like to put a face to our names so you’ll get to know us better and start building a clientele relationship with you.

Buying a home in today’s sellers’ market doesn’t have to feel like an uphill battle – we work hard to actively negotiate the best price and terms for you. We use our area knowledge, expertise and experience to help you navigate the local market conditions.

As your real estate agent, our fiduciary duty is to protect your best interest and find the best home for your needs. In other words, we act as an advocate for you during the entire homebuying process – and that is from showing homes to the closing table and beyond.

We do all the work for you from sending you listings based on your criteria and price, previewing the homes that you may be interested in, doing a virtual showing for you through Facetime or sending you walk-thru videos of homes that you like.

We will tell you the pros and cons of living in a particular area and send you market updates periodically.  There is NO need for you to go to big real estate portals like Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com because there is only one place for you to go for all your real estate needs and that is US. We are very responsive to your call, text or email about the area you have questions about.
