Moving to North Carolina? How to Find the Right Realtor in Charlotte NC

Are you thinking of moving to Charlotte North Carolina, but not sure how to find the right real estate agent?  If this is your dilemma, this video is for you. If not, you can skip this.

So, you’ve decided to move to North Carolina specifically Charlotte. With all the things going on in the world and… family, kids, your job, taking care of your house prepping it to sell or maybe just packing up to leave your apartment.  The least that you need to do is finding a place to relocate to Charlotte. Although you may be thinking, it is too early to think about it?

I know how you feel about the problem of moving to a new place, let alone a new State. I felt that pain when we relocated to Charlotte from Los Angeles California many years ago. And here’s what I’ve found…you need to plan ahead. I would say 2 to 9 months to get all your ducks in a row. And the important thing is to work with a real estate agent that pays attention to your plans and goals and put your best interest as their priority.

Hi there, my name is Lynn Alvarez, a Realtor with The Ally Group of eXp Realty in Charlotte North Carolina. My husband, Albert Alvarez, and I work as a team in helping our clients find the home that they are looking for in Charlotte, Lake Norman and the surrounding areas. We work with first time home buyers, move-up buyers, people relocating from different States as well as local home buyers. So, actually 2 Realtors will be working for you.

Buying a home in today’s sellers’ market doesn’t have to feel like an uphill battle – we work hard to actively negotiate the best price and terms for you. We use our area knowledge, expertise and experience to help you navigate the local market conditions. As your real estate agent, our fiduciary duty is to protect your best interest and find the best home for your needs. In other words, we act as an advocate for you during the entire homebuying process – and that is from showing homes to the closing table and beyond.

We do all the work for you from sending you listings based on your criteria and price, previewing the homes that you may be interested in, doing a virtual showing for you through Facetime or sending you walk-thru videos of homes that you like. We will tell you the pros and cons of living in a particular area and send you market updates periodically.  There is NO need for you to go to big real estate portals like Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com because there is only one place for you to go for all your real estate needs and that is US. We are very responsive to your call, text or email about the area you have questions about.

Watch what our past clients are saying about us.

Then…. Show videos of past clients.
