There are 9 homes that sold in Northstone in July 2020 compare to July 2019 with 8 homes, a 12.5% increase. The average selling price has increased by 8.42% from $405,875 to $440,056. The maximum selling price went up by 5.99% while the minimum selling price went up by 4.43%. There is a huge jump on median price from $389,000 to $470,000. Wow! That’s 20.82% As you know, the median price is the midway point of all the houses sold at market price over a set period, can be monthly, quarterly or annually. The days on market went down from 80 days to 5 days and the percentage of selling price over list price is a little less than 1%. So, what’s going on? The interest rates are incredibly low at the moment that’s why buyers are taking advantage of this opportunity.
