September’s community of the month is Trilogy Lake Norman, an amazing 55+ community by Shea Homes, located in the town of Denver, North Carolina, to the northwest of Charlotte.   A quaint, but quickly developing suburb of Charlotte, Denver bridges suburban and rural America, being minutes from big box stores like Lowe’s and Walmart as well as mom-and-pop shops and neighboring towns reminiscent of the small town in Back to the Future.

Trilogy is conveniently located just minutes from North Carolina’s largest lake, from which it takes the name, Lake Norman.  Just 15 minutes from the abundant shopping and dining experiences of Huntersville, 30 minutes to the international airport, and 40 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, Trilogy has all you could want nearby.
