OMG, did we luck out meeting Lynn and Albert Alvarez from the Ally Group! We are moving from out of state and wanted a realtor familiar with the Charlotte area, particularly, the 55+ communities. After watching numerous realtor videos online, we found Lynn's and Albert’s videos to be among the most informative. We contacted them and never looked back. They presented us with options as to which communities might be good fits for us, and never persuaded us one way or the other. When we finally decided on our home, they were with us every step of the way, especially critical when you live out of state. They connected us with a terrific home inspector which made us feel so much more at ease with our buying decision after reading the inspector’s report. And they followed through making sure the changes the inspector wanted were completed. Lynn and Albert really care and want the best fit for their clients, a far cry from our last realtor. They were never pushy and were kind, professional, and on top of things. They always responded promptly to all our requests and questions. Whatever help we needed, they were right there with resources both before, and impressively after, we purchased the house. It has been a real privilege and pleasure to have met and worked with Lynn and Albert on our move. You won’t go wrong with choosing them as your Realtors.

Lynn and Albert are an incredible realtor team and my husband and I are so grateful that we found and get to work with them! We are moving from out of state. We found Lynn’s videos on Youtube, which are very informative and helpful to watch as we aren’t from the area. We thought, out of all the realtors we watched, that they were going to be a great fit, especially since they have experience living in another state. From our first FaceTime meeting, we knew they would do their best to find the right match for us. We flew out to Charlotte and were so happy to work with them in person. We felt part of a team and cared for. They really went above and beyond sharing all the local knowledge with us. As we traveled from property to property, they made sure they familiarized us with the grocery stores, different areas of the city, malls, highways, etc. That’s really important for us and we appreciated their efforts to make us feel right at home. When we say above and beyond, we mean it. They made so much time for us. Not a moment was wasted while we were there because they really listened to what we wanted. The market is so competitive at this time, but they continued to work hard to show us places. We ended up securing a new construction. They continue to work as our advocates. Not too long ago we had our pre-drywall meeting. Since we are cross-country and with the pandemic still here, we weren’t able to attend. However, Lynn and Albert attended for us and did a great job on FaceTime showing us our future home with the builder. They also have recommended great professionals to us including our lender and inspectors, and we are incredibly pleased with those services. We highly recommend Lynn and Albert if you are planning to move to Charlotte and the surrounding areas. You won’t be disappointed!
