Windhaven is a masterplan community of new townhomes, two-story and age restricted ranch homes for sale in Tega Cay, SC. Located next to Lake Wylie and just minutes away from Highway 160, this community offers proximity to several parks and recreational facilities, including the Regency at Palisades Golf Course, Ann Close Springs Greenway and Windjammer Park. Residents will also be able to enjoy easy access to highly rated schools, popular shopping, dining and entertainment options in Uptown Charlotte.

Windhaven is divided into 3 sections: the townhomes, the traditional neighborhood and the 55+/active adult (age-restricted) neighborhood.

The Meadows at Windhaven located in Tega Cay, South Carolina is a Lennar Homes project that started this year, 2022, with only 75 homes of one-story, one-story with a basement and one and a half story homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,900 square feet.  If you are interested to live in Tega Cay, hurry and visit Windhaven today!  Currently, there are 27 inventory homes for sale with delivery dates for September 2022 up to March 2023.  Twenty of those homes are one story, 1.5 story on foundation slab listed from $420,000 to $490,000 while 7 of those homes are one-story and 1.5 story with unfinished basement listed from $469,000 to $598,000.
