Trilogy Lake Norman Fees and Amenities

Trilogy Lake Norman, an age-restricted 55+ community is located in Denver, NC on the west side of Lake Norman. The builder is Shea Homes that started building in 2016 with approximately 1,100 to 1,200 homes when complete. They are more than halfway through building. The median price of homes sold in the last 6 months for new construction and resale homes is $651,000. Right now, the active and under contract homes range from $442,000 to $945,000. The capital contribution at Trilogy Lake Norman is $1,776 plus $6,500 Twin Mills Club fee that you have to pay at closing. These 2 fees are mandatory.  The monthly HOA due is $392 which includes use of amenities and lawn maintenance.
